HOMEWORK 2 – A Poorly Written Use Case
The following is a poorly written use case. In your own words, state what its problems are. (Note: You do not need to write out a better use case. Just criticise this use case as it is written here.)
Precondition:
User has accessed the e-Commerce site
Main Scenario:
1. System asks User for first name.
2. User enters first name.
3. System asks User for second name.
4. User enters second name.
5. System asks User for password.
6. User enters password.
7. The System is now ready for catalog browsing and purchasing.

8. User browses information.
9. If User wants more information on a particular product, then they double click on the image of that product and a detailed description will be obtained from a mySQL database.
10. If (credit card == valid) user checks out shopping cart. <end of repeated steps>
11. When done, user closes browser.
12. Site presents a customer satisfaction survey
