In Lecture (Advanced OCT image processing), we have covered many different optical coherence tomography angiography methods as well as its fundamental principle.
For your Project B (Advanced Optical Signal Processing), download the 3D volumetric OCT raw data (“RawOCT_BM.mat”) from Canvas. The data consists of 1536 sampling points × 500 depth scans ×1000 cross-sectional scans with 2 repeated cross-sectional scans at each transverse location. In addition to the data, you can find technical literature (Split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography with optical coherence tomography). Based on the literature and materials covered during the class, develop MATLAB OCTA processing code and process the data with it.

After processing the data, write a project report in the following format: o Summarize the technical part of the literature in a paragraph.
o Implement Split-Spectrum Amplitude (SSADA) algorithm and describe processing steps with a flowchart
o Describe the difference in the processes between the method in the literature and the methods covered during the class.
o Display your obtained processing parameters and resulting images
