R Markdown (20 marks)
Your report must be produced using R Markdown, introduced in lecture 3. Although Rmd files to generate output in PDF format are available on Moodle, adapting them to your needs (and more generally becoming proficient in the use of R Markdown) will require a modicum of research, as well as some degree of experimentation. Marks will be awarded for the structure of the document (e.g. sectioning), appropriate sizes of figures, readability of code, presence of references, respect of the maximum number of pages, absence of warnings and messages,
omission of a table of contents.
Exposition and presentation (15 marks)
Besides the code and output, you will need to provide an account, describing at each step what you are about to do, and briefly commenting on what you have obtained. Marks will be awarded for the clarity of the explanations and the fluency of the writing (including spelling and grammar).
Your raw mark will be moderated.
