Religious Frameworks

• Religious doctrine as a prescription for societal engagement

Exam Issues
• I have to acknowledge that your morals are correct
– Implicitly they have to be – because they are yours!
– I therefore cannot assess you on your moral beliefs
– I have to assess your ability to be able to ‘remove’ your personal beliefs
– by applying frameworks to minimise the ‘impact’ of moral sense
