WORDij Workflow Diagram #2: Compare Two Document.
Purpose: The purpose of a WORDij Workflow Diagram and Steps are to illustrate the path an analyst may wish to take in using WORDij Software to analyze their textual data.
Assumptions:
This process assumes you have installed WORDij 3.0
Step 1: Are your Files in Text format?
If No, then convert your files to a plain text file.

If Yes, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Start WORDij.
Step 3: Run WordLinlk twice to create a .net file for each of the two files.
Step 4: Run Z Utilities: Z-Test Word, or Z-Test Pair, or Z-Test NodeTRic Net Pairs to compare files.
Step 6: Run Utilities: Proper Nouns to create a String Replace File to create Unigrams of selected multiple word strings.
Step 7: Run WordLink with Advanced Options and the String Replace File (.str) to create a 2nd and 3rd .net file now with Proper Nouns recoded as unigrams.
Step 8: Re-Run QAPNet and Z-Utilites
Step 9: If needed, re-run Utilities Proper Nouns or edit String Repalce File (.str), Then iterate Steps 7, 8 and 9 if desired.
Step 10: Use VISij on final .net files to visualize change.
