QBUS2820 Predictive Analytics Final Exam

Final exam
▶ When: Wednesday, 1st December, 1pm (Sydney time)
▶ Everything covered in the lectures and tutorials, including
Python, can be tested, except the technical slides with ”*”
▶ The exam is proctored using ProctorU – please read carefully the Canvas announcements related to the final exam.
▶ Exam practice questions will be available after Week 13.

Final exam
▶ This is an open book exam. Permitted materials include: locally saved notes on the computer and paper-based resources (including printed/handwritten notes and textbooks). Access to any website and any online resource is prohibited – that includes no access to the Canvas site for this unit.
▶ Students are not allowed to open extra browsers.
▶ A handheld calculator and the computer’s calculator are
permitted. All other electronic devices are not permitted.
▶ Type your answer in the provided editable answer box. You might want to use the math editor (click on the Insert Maths Equation button on the toolbar) for short maths expressions if necessary.

Final exam: some advice
▶ Start your revision as soon as possible (is it too late? 🙂
▶ Study carefully the final exam practice questions.
▶ In the exam, read through the whole exam and carefully read the instructions.
▶ Organise your time effectively, i.e. allocate time for each question.
▶ Always answer ALL the questions. Even if you think you know nothing about a topic, you might get A FEW marks by providing a partially complete answer OR making some sensible comments. Remember, any unanswered question scores zero!
▶ Try to leave some time to review your answers at the end.

▶ Check with your tutors as they might extend their consultation hours as well.
