Range of Values and Constraints
Description
17 App_Tenure Range: min: 0, max: 30 Number of months since registration of the account.
18 App_AverageDailySessionTime Range: min=0, max=60 Average daily time in minutes spent by the user on the application.
App_FrequencyOfDecline
L=Low, M=Medium, H=High
The frequency with which a user has declined voluntary super contribution on reaching the trigger amount. Each time the trigger amount is met, the application seeks the user’s approval to go ahead with the transfer. The user has a choice to either accept or decline the transfer. This is a calculated categorical variable which has taken into account the number of times that a user has declined the transfer. Low=<10, Medium=10-25, High=>25.
App_ContributionTriggerAmount
Range: min=0, max=50
The “trigger amount” is an amount set by the user, which we reached, will trigger a transfer from the transaction account to the voluntary contribution super account, provided the user accepts the transfer and does not decline it (see App_FrequencyOfDecline). Let¡¯s suppose the user has set the trigger amount to $10. A transfer will be triggered from the transaction account to the super account when a batch of RoundUps transactions total to $10. Suppose the user buys 10 X $3 coffees over a period of 5 days, then the total accumulated RoundUps is $10. This triggers the transfer of $10 from the transaction account to the Super account.
App_NumberoftimeContributionTriggerAmountChanged
Range: min=0, max=100
This variable captures the number of times the user has changed the trigger amount. For instance, when they first installed the application, they may have set the trigger amount to $10, after a few weeks, they may have changed it to $15, and then to $20, and so on. Each time the user changes the trigger amount, the counter is advanced by 1.
App_RoundUpWholeAmount
Range: min=0, max=5
Users can set the round up amount. E.g., if a user has set RoundUpWholeAmount to “1”, then when there is a purchase of a $3.00 coffee, $0.50 cents will be set aside as a contribution – i.e., the app rounds up to the next whole number; Similarly, if the user has set RoundUpWhole amount to “2”, then when there is a purchase of a $3.00 coffee, the transaction rounds up to $5.00, setting aside $2.00 as the roundup – i.e., the app rounds up to 2 whole numbers above the transaction.
Range of Values and Constraints
Description
App_ShowTutorial
Tutorial option: Y=Yes, N=No
Indicates whether the user has opted to access the in-app tutorial; the tutorial gives the user a tour of the app’s features, and most crucially educated them about the value of making voluntary superannuation contributions.
