 6、门诊药房按处方内容配药并登记药品信息。
 这种模式存在着许多缺点,比如工作效率低、信息保密性差,运行成本高、监管力度弱等问题;另外,时间一长,就会产生大量的纸质数据文件,对往后信息的查阅有一定的难度。 21世纪是信息时代,在这个信息时代里竞争异常激烈,手工管理这种传统的管理方法必然被计算机为基础的信息管理所取代,所以实现药品的信息智能化管理特别重要。利用计算机进行药品管理,防止了药品的流失、规范了价格管理、避免了人为的物价损失,从而明显地提高医院的经济效益。开发药品管理系统为实现药品智能管理作了充分的准备工作,医院药品采购管理系统为增强医院药品采购管理流程的监督与管理、提高工作效率、减少人为误差、节约人本开支、从优化业务流程、方便工作管理、强化信息利用和保持稳定入手,为医院药品采购管理工作提供了有力支持。 运用本系统可以有效的提高药品管理能力,缩短业务流程,提高工作效率。
 第二章 可行性分析 2.1技术可行性 该系统采用java来编写代码,因为该语言能够直接反映世界中的对象;并且提供了很多内置的类库,简化了开发人员的程序设计工作,也缩短了开发时间;还具有较好的安全性和健壮性,目前最流行的系统开发语言。数据库的设计用Mysql,语言较为简单,与java语言的数据库连接较为方便,便于理解。综上两种语言的优点,该系统的技术要求是可以达到的,可以开发该系统。 2.2经济可行性
